The "Other Maps of Cairo" was an elective course designed and instructed by Nermin El-Sherif in an attempt to examine the validity of her research arguement as well as the learing methods she had always believed in. The course was conducted under the supervision of the Dean of the Architecture and Urban Design Program in the GUC, Professor Tamer El Khorazaty and with termendous support and assitance of Dina Hammamo and Marco Michel.
